I’m Jon, the founder of Lost & Found. The brand was born from my own journey through burnout, anxiety, and identity struggles, and the realisation that community and self-expression are vital for good mental health. Trainers have always been a big part of my life, and what I love about sneaker culture is how it’s all about self-expression and community. I started to ask myself a simple question: what if a brand could bring that culture together with the honesty and purpose of mental health?

Shipping

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. UK orders over £60 qualify for free
shipping. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and any
customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • UK:
    1–3 working days (Royal Mail)
  • Europe:
    5–14 working days
  • Rest
    of the world:
    7–21 working days

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order’s on
the way.

Lost orders

If you think your order may be lost, please contact the
courier directly and provide your tracking number. You can find your tracking
number in your shipping confirmation email - check your spam or junk folder if
you can’t see it.

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel after speaking
with the courier, get in touch with us and we’ll help resolve it.

Our sizing is Unisex unless specified.

Simply refer to the chart, take a measuring stick and measure the length and width of something you already have that fits you. Then compare this and find the closest size from the chart to make a decision on what size of ours would work for you

Returns

Returns Policy

You can return or exchange items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition.

How to Return

Email us at hello@lostandfoundclothing.co.uk within 14 days of
receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide
you through the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless we’ve made a mistake (e.g.
incorrect or faulty item). We recommend using a tracked service to make sure
your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved
refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few working
days.
